At Good Health Resolutions we understand that stepping foot into a gym can often be intimidating and you may feel less than motivated to achieve your health and fitness goals. That’s why you’ll find us outdoors, working out at various locations around Palm beach and Currumbin, no un-inspiring equipment, crowded spaces and overbearing instructors here. Your trainers will treat you with respect and encourage you to push yourself towards the next level in your personal fitness journey.

No two sessions are exactly the same, our results-driven group fitness classes are great fun and designed to shred fat and increase fitness with HIIT, Weight, Circuits, Boxing, Team Games and so much more. What a great way to start the morning!

Our experienced trainers make your workouts safe to exercise based on your fitness and capabilities, providing modifications when needed- from decreasing the intensity for beginners, to adding an extra level for those who want a challenge.

Regardless if you join us for our child free or child friendly classes, you are joining a great community of women. We will share your pains and joys, and offer you a smile or a helping hand when you need it. For the mums, well motherhood can be lonely if you are at home all day with a baby, but it doesn't have to be that way. Create new friendships with women who you truly can relate to you. Make life long friends and bond through exercise and other social events that we organise.
