Every morning you put your clothes on, hoping they fit you ok, or hide the lumps and bumps, the muffin top, the belly rolls the thunder thighs, call it what you may, you just hope it fits, because you don't want to go out shopping for new clothes, as that would mean that you have to buy the next dress size up? Can you relate to this?
What about the last time you went for a run, how did that feel? Maybe it was as simple running after the ball when you were playing with the kids, did you get out of breath easily, or maybe you hated the feeling of all the wobbly bits moving around when you ran.
Have you ever gone to the beach or pool with your family and felt uncomfortable or embarrassed even just sitting down building sand castles, or maybe you didn't go for a swim because you didn't want to be seen in your bathers.

Does the very thought of exercise makes you want to cringe? You couldn't imagine stepping inside a gym with everyone staring at you, you barely have the energy to get through the day, let along do some exercise.... So maybe gyms don't work, you have looked at one on one personal training and you just can't budget that as all your money goes towards your home, your family or your kids...
But what if it didn't have to be that way?
I have been in your shoes. I know how it feels to put your health and happiness last, before everyone else. I also know what its like to feel exhausted and unhappy with your health and fitness, but years ago I made a commitment to myself to change all that.... and you can too!
As a mum of two, I know and understand the struggles raising children, but I help woman who have little time, energy, and spending money achieve their health and fitness goals.
I'll teach you how to eat the right foods to fuel your body, which will give you the energy to jump out of bed ready to exercise.
I'll get you excited to turn up to class as the workouts we do are fun and effective!
Never exercised before? No problems! We all have to start somewhere and I will ensure that you learn the exercises the right way without injuring yourself!
I'll keep you accountable as I pride myself on being the most supportive trainer, if you ever need anything I will be there right away to answer any questions you may have.
It's not just your awesome trainers, its the community of wonderful clients we have! You will make new friends who you can workout with and enjoy your sessions together, we will be your second family! Supporting each other as we grow and become fitter and faster!
Before I forget, let me introduce myself!
I'm Lisa Pankhurst, I am the founder and head trainer here at Good Health with Lisa. I never used to be into health and fitness, oh no, go back 8 years and I was overweight , unhealthy and lived a very sedentary and party lifestyle. It wasn't until a friend of mine dragged me along to my first ever bootcamp that I fell in love with exercise and clean eating! I learnt that healthy eating didn't mean just eating boring salads, or meat and potatoes, oh no, I learnt that you can have a wine on the weekends, eat chocolates here and there, WITHOUT feeling guilty or calorie counting everything you eat!
I wanted to share my passion and knowledge to woman that were just like me... woman who were sick of feeling like crap, and wanted to be happy with the woman staring back at them in the mirror.
